Common Use Cases

  • Tiered Post-Purchase (High-Value Customer Thank You):

    • Trigger: On Purchase

    • Condition: Receipt Amount greater than 5000?

    • Yes Branch: Add Points (100 bonus points) -> Send SMS ("Thanks for your big purchase! Here are 100 bonus points.").

    • No Branch: Stop (or send a standard, non-bonus SMS).

  • Welcome Series with Branching:

    • Trigger: Loyalty Enrolment

    • Action: Send Email (Welcome Email #1).

    • Action: Defer (Wait 3 days).

    • Condition: Tier Name equals Gold?

    • Yes Branch: Send Email (Email #2 for Gold members).

    • No Branch: Send Email (Email #2 for standard members).

  • Lapsing Customer Win-back:

    • Trigger: On Purchase

    • Action: Defer (Wait 45 days).

    • Action: Load Contact (to refresh their data).

    • Condition: Last Purchase Date greater than 44 days ago? (i.e., they haven't purchased again).

    • Yes Branch: Issue Coupon -> Send Email ("We miss you! Here's 10% off.").

    • No Branch: Stop (The customer purchased again, so the win-back is not needed).
