The Customer Experience - Purchase and Issuance

This is how a customer buys a gift card at your store.

At the Point of Sale (POS)

1. The cashier tags the customer to the bill in the POS system (e.g., by entering their mobile number).

2. They search for and add the desired gift card item to the bill (e.g., "Birthday Gift Card 2000").

3. The customer completes the payment for the gift card.
   

   
   

Automated Issuance

1. Once the transaction is complete, OptCulture automatically issues a virtual gift card to the customer via an automated communication (like WhatsApp or Email).

2. This message contains all the necessary details:

   • Gift Card Amount

   • Gift Card Number

   • Gift Card PIN

   • Expiry Date
