The Loyalty Dashboard is your program's main control panel, giving you a complete overview of its performance.
1. High-Level Overview
This section gives you a quick look at three key numbers:

Total customers in your system.

Total customers in your loyalty program.

Total value of all unredeemed points.

2. Customer Performance
These charts compare the behavior of your loyalty members against non-loyalty customers.

Total Visits: See how many times loyalty members visit compared to everyone else.

Total Revenue: See how much money loyalty members spend. This is critical for proving the ROI of your program.

3. Tier Performance (For Tier-Based Programs)
This section is key for understanding your tiered program.

Tiers KPI: A bar chart showing which tiers have the most visits and generate the most revenue. (Are your "Platinum" members really your highest spenders?)

Tier Members: A donut chart showing the percentage of your loyalty members in each tier.
iv. Transaction Details
This report is a detailed table that logs every loyalty activity (bonuses, redemptions, tier upgrades). For each transaction type, it shows the number of times it happened and the total points involved, giving you a clear view of how points are being earned and used.
