Navigate to Notifications

Step1: Navigating to the OTP & Alerts Section

Navigate to Loyalty > Notifications in the left menu and click the + Add new dropdown menu.

Step2: Creating a New Alert

To create a new alert:

1. Click the + Add new button on the top right.

2. A pop-up window will appear prompting you to select the alert type:

• OTP

• Expiry

• Alerts
