Q: Why does the Customer Visits Funnel only show two steps (Visit 1 to 2)?
A: The depth of the funnel is controlled by the Max Visits filter at the top of the report. To analyze the conversion from the 2nd to the 3rd visit, you must change this filter's value to '3' or higher.
Q: What defines a "Visit"?
A: A "visit" is typically defined as a unique transaction day for a customer. If a customer makes three separate purchases on the same day at the same store, it is generally counted as a single visit for that day in this report.
Q: Can I export the detailed sales data from the Customers Sales tab?
A: Yes. Look for the three-dot menu icon on the Customer Sales table. This menu typically contains an option to export the raw transaction data to a file format like CSV, allowing you to perform further analysis in other tools.
