Q: Why did my file upload fail?
A: Please check that your file is saved in a valid .csv format. Uploads can also fail due to incorrect formatting, special characters in the data, or exceeding file size limits. Ensure your column headers are simple and consistent.
Q: I updated my list, but the old contacts are still there. Why?
A: The update function will add the new contacts which are not available in the existing list.
Q: What is the difference between a Contact List and a Segment?
A: A Contact List is a static, manually uploaded .CSV list of external contacts. A Segment is a dynamic group of your existing customers within OptCulture that updates automatically based on rules you set (like purchase history or campaign engagement). Use Contact Lists for external data and Segments for your internal customer base.
