Navigate to Notifications

Step1: Navigating to the OTP & Alerts Section
  1. to

    FromLoyalty > Notifications in the mainleft dashboard,menu navigateand toclick the left-hand+ menuAdd new. dropdown menu.

  2. Click on Configuration under the Engagement section.

  3. Then, select OTP & Alertsimage.png from the submenu.

Step2: Creating a New Alert

To create a new alert:

  1. Click the +Create Add new button on the top right.

  1. A pop-up window will appear prompting you to select the alert type:

  • OTP

  • Expiry

  • Alerts
