1. findCustomer filtersVisits toTab
This section quantifies purchase frequency by splitting your data.data Theinto two mostcategories: importantFirst are:(initial acquisitions) and Repeat (returning customers with multiple transactions).

Dates:Date Filter:TheUsetimetheperioddateyouselectorwishattotheanalyzetop left (e.g.,"Previous123months"months or this month) to isolate specific timeframes. -
Customer Visits & Revenue Charts: These stacked bar charts compare the volume and monetary value of First vs. Repeat customers month-over-month.

Customer Visits Funnel: This chart visualizes customer drop-off rates, showing exactly how many customers convert from their first visit to their second, third, fourth, and beyond.
2. Monetary Tab
The Monetary tab breaks down the financial value of your customer base over the last 365 days.

Top KPIs: Instantly view high-level metrics across the top, including Repeat Customer %, Repeat Sales %, Sales Per Customer, and Visits Per Customer.

MaxMonetaryVisits:Segmentation: The pie charts segment your audience into spend brackets (e.g., Top 1%, Top 5%, Bottom 50%). Thisfilterhelpscontrolsyoutheeasilydepthidentify what portion oftheyourCustomerrevenueVisits Funnel. In the example, "5" is selected, so the funnel will show the drop-offcomes fromVisityour1highestthroughspendersVisitversus5.your general audience.
3. Recency Tab
The Understanding the "Customer Visits" TabRecency
This tab provideshelps you understand how long it has been since your customers last made a visual overview of your customers' visit frequency and repeat behavior. It typically contains three main charts:
A. Customer Visits Count
This stacked bar chart displays a month-by-month breakdown of your total visits, split into two key groups:purchase.

How4. toFrequency Read This Chart:Tab In the example, August 2025 had the highest total visits (486.1k), with a healthy mix of new and repeat customers. February 2025 had the lowest visits (225.6k), but you can see that the proportion of repeat visits was still significant.

Visit 2:Insight:OfComparethose,the902,980Frequencyreturned(customerforcount) chart against the Frequency Sales chart to see how much of your overall revenue is driven by your most loyal (4+ visits) shoppers.
5. Intervals Tab
The Intervals tab tracks the average time that elapses between a secondcustomer's visit.consecutive Thisvisits.

Visit 3:389,143 customers returned for a third visit, and so on.
This funnel is the most direct way to measure your ability to create a repeat customer.
C. Intervals Chart
This chart shows the average time it takes for customers to make a repeat visit. It breaks down the number of customers who return within specific timeframes.
How to Read This Chart:Insight: This data is crucialcritical for understandingtiming your naturalautomated purchaselifecycle cycle.campaigns, Insuch theas example,replenishment thereminders largest group of customers (over 250,000) returns "Between 1 and 2 months." This tells you that scheduling aor "we miss you" campaign around the 45-day mark would be highly effective, as it targets the largest segment of your audience at the exact time they are naturally thinking about repurchasing.offers.
