Best Practices

    • Design for Richness: Since RCS supports high-res media, avoid plain text when possible. Use strong visuals and clear, concise copywriting.

    • Strategic Interactivity: Every template should include at least one relevant CTA button. RCS allows up to four suggested replies/actions in a single card, so make them count.

    • Fallback Plan: Remember that not all users have an RCS-enabled device; ensure your content is still meaningful if it falls back to a standard SMS.
