  • Prioritize Readability: Avoid dark text on dark backgrounds. Use high-contrast colors (e.g., white text on a navy background) so barcodes scan easily under store lighting.

  • Optimize Logo Size: Use a transparent PNG for logos. Avoid logos with small taglines that become unreadable when scaled down on a phone screen.

  • Utilize the "Back of Pass" (Apple Only): Keep the front clean. Move your store address, return policy, and "Terms & Conditions" to the back fields to avoid clutter.

Strategic Configuration
  • Dynamic Data is King: Always map the Primary Field to the most "actionable" data for the customer, such as their Current Points or Available Balance.

  • Use Geofencing Wisely: Ensure your store's latitude and longitude are accurate. Setting a notification to pop up when a customer is nearby (within 30km) acts as a powerful "digital nudge" to drive foot traffic.
