Q: As a Store User, can I create a new Offer or Segment?
A: Yes. Store Users can do to create new Segments but not Offers. Offers creation can be done by the Main User to maintain brand consistency and control over promotions. You can, however, use the Offers that the Main User has created or assigned to your store to send campaigns.
Q: As a Main User, I created a template, but my Store User can't see it. Why?
A: Templates are user-specific and are not shared globally from the Main User account. To make a template available for a specific store, the Main User must use the "Switch Company" feature to log in as that Store User and create (or copy-paste) the template within that user's account.
Q: As a Store User, my SMS campaigns are failing. What could be the issue?
A: The most common reason is a lack of SMS credits. Each Store User account has a separate SMS provider account with its own credit balance. It is likely that your account is out of credits. Please contact your Main User or administrator to have them refilled.
