  • Make it a Win-Win: Ensure the reward is appealing to both the referrer and the new customer. A balanced offer like "Give 20%, Get 20%" is often the most effective.

  • Keep it Simple: The best programs are easy to understand. Avoid complex rules, multiple conditions, and jargon that could confuse customers.

  • Promote Your Program: Don't just build it—promote it! Actively market your program through email/SMS campaigns, social media, your website, and in-store signage to ensure your customers know about it.

  • Use OTP Authentication: On the Part 1 (Referral Offer) setup, checking the "OTP authentication" box is highly recommended to prevent fraud and ensure the new customer is using a valid phone number.
