Troubleshooting Guidance

• Issue: The system prevents saving or running the cluster.

  • Fix: Verify that at least 2 behavioral metrics are added to the configuration section.
    

• Issue: Cluster execution takes longer than expected.

  • Fix: Runs evaluating large databases or broad rules take up to 15 minutes. Wait for the email notification before attempting to rerun.

• Issue: Discovered clusters show disproportionate distribution.

  • Fix: Narrow down your dataset by adding customer filters (e.g., excluding inactive accounts) or increase the Cluster Size setting.
