Simple Flow

This article focuses on creating a Simple Flow, which is designed for linear, "if-this-then-that" automations. A Simple Flow follows a direct path:

  1. A Trigger happens (e.g., a customer enrolls in loyalty).
  2. (Optional) The system waits for a period you define (e.g., 3 days).
  3. An Action is performed (e.g., an SMS is sent).

This is perfect for welcome messages, post-purchase follow-ups, and other straightforward customer journeys.
