Q: Why isn't my flow working?
A: Check three things:
- Is the Status toggle set to Active?
- Did you click Save after your last change?
- Are all your branches connected? Check every
Conditionnode to ensure both the "Yes" and "No" paths lead to another node (even if it's aStopnode).
Q: What is the 'Stop' node for?
A: It's used to end a specific path in your journey. For example, if a customer doesn't meet your condition, and you don't want to send them anything, you connect the "No" branch to a Stop node.
Q: Can I have more than one Trigger?
A: No, each flow can only have one starting trigger. If you need the same logic for a different trigger (e.g., one for On Purchase and one for Loyalty Issuance), you must clone the flow and change the trigger.
