Q: Why isn't my flow working?

A: Check three things:

  1. Is the Status toggle set to Active?
  2. Did you click Save after your last change?
  3. Are all your branches connected? Check every Condition node to ensure both the "Yes" and "No" paths lead to another node (even if it's a Stop node).

Q: What is the 'Stop' node for?

A: It's used to end a specific path in your journey. For example, if a customer doesn't meet your condition, and you don't want to send them anything, you connect the "No" branch to a Stop node.

Q: Can I have more than one Trigger?

A: No, each flow can only have one starting trigger. If you need the same logic for a different trigger (e.g., one for On Purchase and one for Loyalty Issuance), you must clone the flow and change the trigger.
