Q: Why isn't my flow sending?

A: Check three things:

  1. Is the Status toggle set to Active? It must be "on" to run.
  2. Did you click Save after making your most recent changes?
  3. Is the trigger event actually happening? Check your other reports to ensure you are receiving new Loyalty Enrolments (or whichever trigger you chose).

Q: Can I add more than one action?

A: Yes. After setting up "Action 1" (e.g., "Wait 3 Days, Send SMS"), you can click + Add Action again to create an "Action 2" (e.g., "Wait 7 Days, Send Email"). The flow will run in a linear sequence (Action 1, then Action 2).

Q: What is the difference between "Simple" and "Advanced"?

A: "Simple" flows are for linear journeys (Trigger -> Wait -> Action). "Advanced" flows (a separate feature) allow for complex journeys with branching logic (e.g., IF customer clicked email, GO HERE... IF NOT, GO THERE).

Q: What does the "Upgrade" button do?

A: This button will convert your "Simple" flow into an "Advanced" flow, allowing you to add more complex branching and conditions. Warning: In most systems, this action cannot be reversed. Only use it if you are sure you need to add branching logic.
