Q: OTP Not Received?

A:

  • Check Phone Number: Ensure the number is valid and active.

  • Gateway Health: Confirm the selected gateway is operational.

  • Template Approval: Unapproved templates may block delivery.

  • Channel Enabled: Verify that the SMS or Email channel toggle is ON.

  • No Fallback Configured: If SMS fails, no email fallback will occur unless enabled.

Q: Edits Not Saving?

A:

  • Ensure all fields (Gateway, Template, Channel toggle) are properly configured.

  • Check if the selected template is valid and not removed from the gateway.

Q: Can I use different templates for different OTP types?

A: Yes. You can create and assign a different template for each OTP type (e.g., one for login and another for redemption)
