WhatsApp Template
A WhatsApp Template (also known as a Highly Structured Message or HSM) is a pre-approved message format required for initiating conversations with customers or sending messages more than 24 hours after the last customer response. Templates ensure content is high-quality, non-spammy, and adheres to WhatsApp Business Policy.
OptCulture supports two primary template types:
- Promotional: Messages sent to promote or sell a product, goods, or service (e.g., sales, offers, product launches).
- Transactional: Messages that convey essential information, updates, or alerts to the customer (e.g., Order Confirmation, Shipping Status, Account Update).
