A: This is typically a failure to meet the strict media specifications. Ensure your media strictly adheres to the platform's requirements: Standalone Image must be 2:1 aspect ratio, optimal 1440x720 px, max 2MB; Carousel Image must be 16:9 aspect ratio, optimal 1280x720 px, max 1MB.
