Q: Why is my Super Segment empty?

Q: What's the practical difference between EXCLUDE ALL and EXCLUDE ANY?

A: 

  • EXCLUDE ANY is much broader and removes more customers. If you exclude segments A and B, it removes anyone who is in A or B. 

  • EXCLUDE ALL is very specific and only removes the small group of customers who are in both A and B at the same time.

Q: I selected Include Any for two segments, but the total count is less than the two segments' counts added together. Why?

Q: How do I see which customers are in my Super Segment?

A: After you save your Super Segment, you can go back to the main "Existing Segments" list. From there, you can click the "Preview" icon to see a list of the customers who match your Super Segment's logic.
